Andrew Tilin Killed in Austin Car Crash on RM 620
Austin, Texas (February 18, 2018) – An Austin man was killed in a pedestrian accident in Austin on Saturday, February 17, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash occurred at an unspecified time on RM 620.
As per the report, Andrew Tilin was riding his bike with a group of cyclists from Grupo VOP, a cycling club, when he suffered a flat tire.
A short time later, a pickup truck and a car collided on the roadway with the impact causing the truck to spin and strike the man who was fixing his bicycle.
Andrew was rushed to Round Rock Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Information regarding the condition of the motorists was not immediately provided.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
