Arthur Young Killed in Fort Worth Scooter Accident on Interstate 35W
Fort Worth, Texas February 22, 2018) – The identity of a man who was killed in an alleged hit-and-run collision in Fort Worth on Saturday, February 17, has been disclosed.
The victim was identified as 74-year-old Arthur Young.
The fatal collision occurred at about 2:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Interstate 35W.
The man was reportedly riding his motorized scooter across the intersection of when he was hit by a vehicle.
The rider sustained major injuries and was rushed to John Peter Smith where he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the police are looking for the driver of the involved vehicle who failed to stop at the scene after hitting the man.
An investigation into the incident was yet to be concluded.
