Justin Garcia Killed in Corpus Christi Motorcycle Accident at Staples Street and Texan Trail
Corpus Christi, Texas (February 6, 2018) – The identity of a motorcyclist who was killed in an accident in Corpus Christi on Saturday night, February 3, has been disclosed.
The fatal motorcycle accident occurred at an unspecified time in the evening, at the intersection of Staples Street and Texan Trail.
Officers said that 24-year-old Justin Garcia had been riding his motorcycle when he allegedly failed to yield to right of way at the intersection and was struck by a vehicle
The rider who had not been wearing a helmet was killed in the collision.
The motorist reportedly fled the scene of the accident and was yet to be located.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
