Lynn Williams Killed in Head-On Collision on Texas 304 in Bastrop

Bastrop, Texas (February 16, 2018) – According to a local news source, a woman who was injured in a head-on collision in Bastrop on Tuesday afternoon succumbed to her injuries.

As per the report, the fatal head-on collision occurred at about 3:50 a.m. February 13, on Texas 304 at Home Depot Way.

The police said that Lynn Fricke Williams had been driving her Dodge pickup truck when her car collided with another vehicle operated by a 64-year-old man at the intersection.

The man had allegedly failed to yield to a stop sign as he turned onto Texas 304 from Home Depot Way.

Williams sustained major injuries and was rushed to St. David’s Emergency Center where she died while undergoing treatment.

The man also sustained major injuries and was taken to South Austin Hospital. His name was not disclosed.

An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is ongoing.
