Houston, Texas (February 20, 2018) – A motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle collision, which left two HPD officers injured in Houston on Saturday morning, according to a local news source.

The fatal motorcycle accident occurred shortly before 2:30 a.m. February 17, on Gulf Freeway.

According to a report by the authorities, a motorcyclist had been riding his bike when he rear-ended a car for unknown reasons.

The rider was killed in the collision.

A short time after the initial collision, a vehicle passing vehicle struck a police patrol car injuring two officers who were investigating the crash.
