Tiffany Waff Fatally Struck by Car on U.S. Highway 190 in Bell County
Bell County, Texas (February 17, 2018) – The authorities have revealed the identity of a woman who was killed in a pedestrian accident in Bell County on Thursday night.
The victim was identified as Tiffany Nicole Waff of Killeen.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident occurred at about 8 p.m. February 15 on U.S. Highway 190 near Central Texas College.
The police said the 33-year-old woman stepped into the traffic lanes for unknown reasons and was hit by an eastbound Kia Optima.
Waff sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Information concerning the motorist was not provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
